MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes (do not use instant mashed)
6 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Place in greased casserole. This can be made several days in advance and refrigerated. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Allow more time to bake if taken out of refrigerator. Serves 12.
