PERFECT POT ROAST 
3-4 lbs. pot roast (boneless chuck)
2 c. mushroom soup
2 c. water
Lg. can beef gravy

Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours, covered - meat, mushroom soup and water. Then add potatoes, carrots, onions and peas and large can gravy. Cook 1 hour longer.
