ORANGE FLUFF SALAD 
3 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. cold water
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained & cut
2 c. boiling water
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Mix together Jello and boiling water. Add cold water plus 1 cup pineapple juice. Let stand until syrupy in refrigerator (stir occasionally). Beat well then fold in whipped cream, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and cherries. Pour into large mold and refrigerate. Unmold on plate and garnish with whipped cream, mandarin oranges and cherries if desired. Serves 20.
