CHICKEN FRANCAISE 
Unflavored bread crumbs
2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1/4 lb. butter
2 pkg. chicken cutlets
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil

Bread cutlets in unflavored crumbs. Lightly brown on both sides. Set aside to drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter, juice of 2 lemons, cut up 2 cloves of garlic and chop up 1/2 bunch of parsley. Heat over low light and stir until sauce becomes warm. Place cutlets in a roasting pan. Pour sauce over each cutlet and bake entire thing at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
