BEEF AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
2 c. tomatoes
2 green peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Put onions, green pepper and meat into skillet. Stir until partly cooked while macaroni is boiling in salted water, then drain macaroni. Add remaining ingredients and 1 cup water to meat mixture. Combine meat mixture with macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be cooked on the stove, but is much better in the oven.
