BEEF AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck, browned
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Cook macaroni, enough to fit casserole. Cook in pepper and celery water until tender. Add 1/4 cup water to the tomato soup and add that to the tomato sauce. Mix. Add to this the browned ground chuck, cooked green pepper, celery, and macaroni. Add a little American or Velveeta cheese that has been cut into tiny pieces. Mix well. Add a dot of butter. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
