CREAMED SPINACH 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
6 tbsp. butter, melted
6 finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
Lemon juice to taste

Prepare spinach according to package directions and drain. Keep warm. Saute green onions in butter for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes more. Blend in remaining ingredients except cream and lemon juice. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add cream and lemon juice. Cook until heated.
