1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick melted butter
1 c. nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners sugar

Mix 1 egg, cake mix, melted butter and nuts with fingers. Pat into greased and floured oblong pan, 9 x 13.

In another bowl, mix with mixer the cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar. Pour over first mixture.

Bake at 325°F or 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
