GLAZED FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello

Use peach Jello for fresh peach pie, etc. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together; add water and cook over medium heat stirring constantly unti thick and clear. Add Jello and pour over fruit in a baked pie shell. Chill until set. Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
