TABOULI SALAD 
1 c. bulgar wheat (cracked wheat)
3 c. water
1 c. chopped firm tomatoes
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 - 1/3 c. olive or salad oil
1/4 - 1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch cayenne pepper

Place bulgar wheat in a bowl and cover with water for 45 minutes. Drain wheat and press out excess water.

Place drained wheat in a bowl, add other ingredients, mix well.
