GRANDMA'S EASY CHICKEN CURRY | |
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. curry powder 2 tbsp. soy sauce Salt & pepper to taste 1. Place chicken snugly in a baking dish. 2. Mix the honey, mustard, curry powder and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts and refrigerate for 8 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn the chicken over in the baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Baste well, then continue to bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve. Serves 4 to 6. |
