CREAMY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, use tops only
1 head fresh cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 med. green pepper, cut up
1 lg. onion, chopped up (purple)
Approx. 5 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2-1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumble
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
1/4 c. sugar + 1 can black pitted olives, sliced

Place all veggies in a large bowl. (Veggies an also be steamed if "raw" veggies don't digest well with some people. Cool them through before proceeding with recipe.) Combine sour cream, Miracle Whip, cheddar cheese and bacon in another bowl and thoroughly mix. Pour mixture onto veggies and mix well. (Add more Miracle Whip if you want more of a creamy texture.) Chill. Before serving shred a little more cheese on top of salad for color.

Bacos can be substituted for bacon. Approximately 1/2 jar, more if you like.
