BETTY'S SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1 lb. bean sprouts
3 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. spinach
8 slices bacon

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion

Shred lettuce, clean and shred spinach. Crumble bacon and slice eggs. Add all ingredients. Combine ingredients of dressing in container with lid. Shake well. Add dressing 1/2 hour before serving.
