2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Add 4 cups peeled, chopped apples. Add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Spoon into floured and greased bundt cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
