APPLE- SOUR CREAM STREUSEL CAKE 
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. chopped apples
Powdered sugar for glaze

Grease and flour bundt pan. Prepare streusel filling (1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup nuts, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon). Mix all above ingredients, except apples and powdered sugar. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Spread 1/3 batter in pan and sprinkle with 1/2 streusel and 1/2 apples; repeat. Spread with remaining batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze.

Glaze: Heat 1/4 cup butter. Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons milk, one at a time, until smooth. 350 degree oven.
