CHEESE PASTA 
2 lbs. ground beef
Vegetable oil
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 c. macaroni (lg. elbow)
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Cook ground beef in oil in large frying pan. Drain excess fat; add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes; mix well. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Pour half of macaroni in 9 x 13 inch baking pan and cover with half of meat sauce. Spread half of sour cream over sauce. Top with slices of Provolone cheese. Then add remaining half of macaroni. Cover with rest of sauce. Spread rest of sour cream. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake. Bake 35 minutes.
