CHEESE & PASTA 
2 lbs. hamburger, browned & drained
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
10 oz. lg. macaroni shells
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack

Brown hamburger and onion. Add garlic, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni and drain. Pour 1/2 of shells in large casserole. Add 1/2 hamburger mixture and 1/2 sour cream. Top with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and continue baking until cheese melts and browns.
