NOODLE CHARLOTTE 
1 unbaked pie crust
6 apples, peeled and cored
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
Cinnamon to taste
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. dates, chopped

Cut apples in small pieces. Beat eggs. Add sugar, then remaining ingredients. Line deep baking dish with unbaked pie crust and place above in it. Dot top with butter and sprinkle on cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
