PEAS IN CHEESE SAUCE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen peas
1 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of dry mustard
1/8 tsp. BLAIR black pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. diced white cheddar cheese

Cook peas as directed on package and drain. Melt butter in a large saucepan; blend in flour, salt, pepper, flavoring and mustard. Stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add cheeses, heat until melted. Gently stir in peas and heat thoroughly. Yield: 8 servings.
