Cream together:

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil

Add:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant tsp. salt

Add:

3 c. peeled & diced apples
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.

ICING:

Boil 3 minutes:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

Poke holes in baked cake so the icing will seep in. Pour icing on the cake while it is warm.
