CHICKEN DIVAN 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh broccoli
2 boned chicken breasts, split
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook or steam broccoli; drain and arrange in buttered shallow baking dish. Simmer chicken until tender (20-30 minutes); drain. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon and curry; pour over top. Sprinkle with crumbs and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice.
