FRIED RICE 
1 egg
Leftover plain rice (or make minute rice & let cool)
Soy sauce or leftover brown sauce
Dash garlic powder, if desired

(Other ingredients such as bits of cooked meat may be added, optional.)

Beat 1 egg and pour into a hot, greased skillet. Let it spread out like a pancake. Cook until almost done, then flip. Cook until almost done but not brown.

Remove from pan and cool. When cool cut into tiny pieces. Set aside.

Fry rice in 1 teaspoon oil or butter until warm. Add soy sauce or brown sauce and egg pieces. Stir until well heated. Serve with Stir Fry.
