PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple drained (start draining in morning, make ball in afternoon)
2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Cream cheese until very soft with beater, add drained pineapple and mix by hand, add 1 cup of nuts with peppers, onions, seasoned salt. Can divide mixture in half, put nuts on waxed paper, roll mixture in it. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for week or freeze.
