BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten (separate bowl)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Mix cooked broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, eggs, grated cheese, and chopped onions. Blend all together.

Place in a buttered casserole dish; cover entire dish with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
