"MAMA'S" EYE ROAST ON GRILL 
Eye round - any size
Lots of salt
Waxed paper

Salt meat heavily and wrap in 4 thicknesses of waxed paper. Place meat right on hot coals (not on grate). Don't panic! The waxed paper will burn right up but the wax and salt seals the meat and keeps in the juice. Excess paper comes off easily when done.

If meat is under 3 pounds, cook 12 minutes on each 4 sides. If meat is over 3 pounds, cook 15 minutes on each of 4 sides. Brush off any remaining paper and slice thin. Its tender and juicy and a great way to cook eye round when you don't have a rotisserie.
