PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral or ratelle noodles
1 c. pitted olives, sliced
1 c. red, yellow or green peppers, chopped
1/4 lb. hard salami or pepperoni, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion, cut into rings
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
3/4 c. italian dressing
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add macaroni and toss well. Serve at room temperature after completely chilled. Yield: Makes about 6 servings.
