CODFISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked codfish
4 or 5 mashed potatoes
4 or 5 eggs
3 tbsp. butter or olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Separate eggs. Beat yolks and mix all the ingredients. Beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold into the cod mixture. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
