1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 stick butter
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, flour, butter, water and vanilla until thick. Cool. Pour over berries in pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
