PEACH PIE 
3 nectarines, peeled and sliced
2 peaches, peeled and sliced

Set aside.

FOR FILLING:

Combine:

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. tapioca
Dash salt
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Gently combine fruit with filling. Pour into unbaked pie crust (9 or 10 inch). Cover with crust or make lattice crust. Bake 425 degrees 15 minutes then 375 degrees 25 minutes.
