CHICKEN AND HAM 
Boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 per person)
Ham
Onions
Garlic
Thyme
Par sley
1 bay leaf
Mushrooms
Salt and pepper
White wine

Flour and brown chicken in butter (fry pan). Place chicken in deep dish (oven) with pan drippings. Dice or cube ham spread over top. Slice onions. Crush garlic, to taste over top. Add thyme, salt and pepper, parsley, bay leaf to taste.

Pour cup white wine over for every 6 people to be served. Bake covered at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves as many as you make at 1 1/2 per chicken breast. This is adjustable and can be prepared ahead.
