CHICKEN DISH 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
Double breast of chicken for each person
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Paprika & grated cheese + 1 tbsp. melted butter for topping

Cook broccoli in pot boiling salted water until tender; drain. Put in greased baking dish. Put chicken in pot of boiling salted water for 30 minutes. Let cool. Take skin off. Put chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken and broccoli. Make sure it drains through. Sprinkle paprika, butter and grated cheese on top. NOTE: This is for 4; for eight double recipe. May refrigerate in advance.
