HOLIDAY CRANBERRY RELISH SALAD 
1 pkg. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. cherry Jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 orange
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (opt.)
Whipped cream

Grind cranberries and orange together. Add sugar, celery and walnuts. Sprinkle sugar over this and stir. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Pour this over first mixture and stir. Set in mold until firm. Garnish with whipped cream.
