WAFFLES 
3 c. water
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. barley flour
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp. unsulphured molasses or malt syrup

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Let batter "rest" for 15 minutes. Ladle onto preheated waffle iron. Use about 1 cup of batter for a 4 section waffle. Lightly spray with a non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Makes about 4 large waffles.
