QUICK WAFFLES 
2 c. sifted cake flour or plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. bottled milk or
10 tsp. evaporated milk & 10 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. melted butter, butter or salad oil

Use electric mixer at high speed throughout. Beat eggs 1 minute. Add milk and beat 1 minute. Add the sifted dry ingredients to mixture and beat 1 minute. Add butter and beat 15 seconds, or until mixture is thoroughly blended. Makes 6 waffles.
