CRISPY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 chicken breasts

Mix the first five ingredients together. Dip chicken in melted butter and then roll in dry mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until juices run clear.
