LIME MOLD SALAD 
1 pkg. lime jello
3/4 c. hot water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese or 1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cheese, salad dressing, horseradish and salt. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Blend in lemon juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in pineapple. Turn into 3-cup mold. Chill until set.
