GRAVY 
8 slices bacon - fry crisp. Set aside. Brown 1 chopped onion in the same skillet that you fried the bacon in, leaving just a little of the bacon grease in pan. Saute a can of mushrooms with the onions. Dip out of pan. Make a white sauce depending on how much gravy you want.

Add spices to taste. I put in Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper. Add the onions, bacon (chopped) and mushrooms to the white sauce. Serve on rice, biscuits, etc.
