1 qt. unsweetened apple juice
3 (4") cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and remove cinnamon sticks. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts.
