2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. flour
Vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Put coconut in blender until fine. Mix everything together and chill. Dip balls into sugar. Flatten with glass. Let them cool a bit before taking off of cookie sheet. They are very tender but good.
