AU GRATIN POTATOES WITH HAM 
1 pt. milk
2/3 lb. Velveeta
1/4 lb. butter
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
Ham cubes, if desired
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat milk, Velveeta, and butter in saucepan on low until melted, stirring frequently. Put potatoes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put on layer of ham cubes; then layer of Cheddar cheese. Pour melted mixture over top.

Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
