LAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Prego or Ragu is best)
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano leaves
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
9 pieces lasagna, uncooked

In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in spaghetti, water, basil and oregano. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and beaten eggs. In greased 9"x13" pan, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese mixture and 1/3 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
