1 c. butter, softened Confectionery sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. flour Cream butter with 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in flour until well blended. Chill 30 minutes or until well blended. Chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle. Form small balls. Bake 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet 12 to 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Sprinkle with sugar while warm. |
