CHEESIE PEASIE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 medium carrot, shredded
3 tbsp. butter, cut into pats
1/4 cup HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (McCormick)
salt, to taste

Fill 2-quart saucepan half full with lightly salted water, and bring to a boil. Add bag of frozen peas. Shred 1 carrot and add to peas. Bring to a boil again, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain out the water and pour hot peas and carrots into a serving bowl. Add pats of butter. Add shredded cheese. Season with lemon pepper and salt. Mix well and cover, allowing a few minutes for butter and cheese to melt.

Add prepared Ranch Dressing. Mix well, serve and enjoy!

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
