Generously spread mayo on each slice (s) of your toasted sourdough. Place four slices for your cooked, but still limp bacon on each slice of your bread (for eight slices of bacon for each sandwich). Place plenty of crispy lettuce leaves along with your tomato slices. Carefully put together each sandwich, and gently press down your sandwich to help with each sandwich to come together nicely.
