CUBAN NATILLA 
3 eggs
3 cups milk
cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tea spoon vanilla
3 teaspoons corn starch

Set aside 1/4 cup milk from the 3 cups.

Boil milk with a pinch of cinnamon. Before it comes to a boil, have the rest of the ingredients well mixed with some of the cold milk which was reserved (1/4 cup). Pour in the hot milk until it boils and stir constantly until it has a medium thick texture.

Pour into serving glass dessert cups. Add powdered cinnamon on top.
