UPSIDE DOWN BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. ketchup
1 (12 oz.) can golden whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. cornbread mix

Combine first 3 ingredients in skillet. Cook until meat mixture is crumbly and brown. Push meat to edge of skillet, forming a ring. Pour drained corn into the center. Prepare cornbread batter. Pour cornbread batter evenly over meat mixture and corn. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cornbread is done. Remove from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn onto serving plate. Serves 6.
