HAMBURG MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar pimientos
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked med. egg noodles

Brown ground beef and onion. Mix together with remaining ingredients.

TOPPING:

Stove Top stuffing
1 tbsp. butter

Crumb topping mixture on casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
