TEXAS STEAK 
1 round steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. parsley
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut steak into serving pieces. Brush steak with mustard, dredge in flour. Brown in small amount of oil. Remove steak. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; saute. Stir together rest of ingredients. Pour into pan. Add steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
