DELECTABLE SPINACH 
4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes, drained and quartered
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoned bread crumbs

Cook spinach in boiling salted water until defrosted. Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture. Add butter, cream cheese, artichokes, water chestnuts, onion powder, salt and pepper to spinach and mix thoroughly. Place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until very hot. Serves 8-10.
