FROZEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese and orange juice, beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Pour into dish and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature before serving.
